AUTO
There have been several occasions where the video system has captured incidences that have saved us thousands of dollars, which without the CameraScan System, would have gone unresolved. The follow up by your company to support us in this effort has been outstanding! – Dan Rowe, Evergreen Ford
“Our service manager can actually keep an eye on what kind of activity is going on down at the Truck Center. He can call down there and wonder why there are three guys standing out front with their arms crossed not working. He’ll look down there and wonder why the shop’s been empty for an hour and they’re all standing around not counting inventory, not cleaning up oil spills. Productivity wise, it’s good. When they’re busy and the clock flies, they’re happier anyway. And we’re happier.“ -Mark Maxey, Gamblin Motors
We feel like a lot less merchandise has been taken from the front area. We’ve had a lot less theft from our merchandise and our waiting room. - Roy Holberg, Jiffy Car Wash

TOWING
The cameras hadn’t even been in two weeks. We’d impounded [a guy’s truck] the night before. He claimed we stole his toolboxes and $600 worth of tools. He said my driver took it. I start to scan through the tapes and I go to 11:00 the night before when he came in. I’ve got a camera on each gate. As the driver was coming in, he drove right up to the camera. There wasn’t enough time for him to go somewhere else to take the toolbox off and there’s no toolbox when he came into the yard. Sure enough, the guy’s a turkey.
- Dan Johnson, Johnson Towing
I installed my CameraScan System because I need to keep an eye on who’s coming and going. We get a lot of unhappy customers in our line of work. I can see how irritated they are getting and if my employees need help. One woman got out of control and had to be thrown out. The CameraScan System helps me keep control in the front office. - Debbie Reid, Evergreen State Towing |

CONVENIENCE STORE
A pack of cigarettes was $3.90 so [my employee] needed a dime in change. He was keeping some dimes up on the counter. Somebody would give him $4.00 and he would give them a dime back. He was making $3.90 a head.
- Clarence Biggs, 7-Eleven
We had a big problem with people dumping garbage when we bought the store. We didn’t realize how big it was until we put the cameras in and kept noticing the motion sensors and there was movement out there all the time and we started watching those. And it was different people carrying bags of garbage. So we fenced it off and we used to pay extra garbage, about $100 a month in extra garbage here, and we don’t pay any extra garbage at all. In fact we can’t even fill our dumpsters anymore.

GAS STATION
We’ve had customers say that they had their credit card stolen. They can come in here and see who the person is using their card. Sometimes they recognize it as their ex boyfriend, or their sister or brother. It’s phenomenal what this CameraScan System has done for us and the community! – Noel Gibb, N&R Automotive
In this business there are so many things going on, and it’s impossible for me to see them all. If something happened around the station and I asked who was responsible or questioned what actually happened, it was always – I don’t know. I’d had some situations where there was damage done to property and things happening that should not have happened. Now I have CameraScan and it’s very easy for me to get answers. All I have to do is play back the cameras. A CameraScan System is probably the least expensive pair of eyes you can have!

GROCERY
One girl had rung up a customer. When the customer handed her the twenty-dollar bill, she just voided the whole transaction. So the register was coming out even because she was putting the money in, voiding the transaction, and taking the money back out. With the CameraScan System, I was actually able to see her put the money in her pocket! - Sherry Lazzarini, Dominic's Farm Fresh Produce
The other night we had a shoplifting. Two young men walked out of the front door. We caught them on the front door camera and followed them all the way to the back corner of the building where we switched over to the backdoor camera and watched them. They set their grocery sack on top of the refrigeration equipment we have in the alley and unloaded their pockets into the bag, so we got a second look at what they had taken as well as watching them pick it up inside. The really neat part about it is that we also recorded it on our computer at home and that whole video series can be emailed to the prosecuting attorney.

GOLF
Any time you have more control of what's going on, and you can check to make sure things are what they should be, you're going to be saving money. You really need to have an extra pair of eyes to help you run your business. Whether it be for inventory control, theft, or just my peace of mind, CameraScan is paying for itself!
- Chad Tachell, Carnation
We've actually caught two thieves that have come in to take other players' golf clubs. In reviewing the tapes we found the individual that took the golf clubs. We immediately called the police and one of the officers checked the tape with us. Within an hour they had made an arrest and returned this fellow's golf clubs to him.
- Jim Borne, North Shore Golf
Now if somebody tells me they’re really busy during a certain hour, I can look. How busy are we? You look at it and go wow, on Saturday morning you’d better have somebody else here at 5 o’clock! 6 ‘o clock is too late!
- Ted, Rolling Hills Golf Club |

SALON
My employees like having it because they know there is a backup for them. If there is a discrepancy they can prove that they are telling the truth. So they do like having it. It’s kind of a safety feature for them too.
- Tammy White, Crown Hair Design |

MEDICAL
The system’s a deterrent. It’s also sort of a protection issue for myself. If I am missing a bunch of controlled drugs all of a sudden, and I can document on tape that there was a break-in, then I’ve got documentation to deal with the drug enforcement people. To document the fact that it was a break-in, and that’s why these drugs are missing. From that vantage point it could be priceless.

RESTAURANT
Fish was walking out and nobody knew what happened to it. A case of fish costs you $50-60! Since I put the cameras in the theft has stopped, period. Just stopped dead in its tracks.
- Cliff Turner, Cliff’s BBQ & Seafood
Watching my recorded tapes, I was catching the cooks taking food home with them at night. It’s kind of like when I am not there watching them, the CameraScan System is. And the remote viewing is awesome! It’s almost like being there. - Dave, Red Pepper Café
The CameraScan System did just what I needed it to. There were some employees that proved to be untrustworthy. Some people I had suspicions about, and the cameras helped me prove that I was correct and they were stealing. Like ringing up every second drink and every other drink would be going in her pocket. I was able to dismiss her and I had the proof. Also I’ve caught other bartenders that no longer work here stealing out of my pull-tabs. - Jim Mumm, La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant |

BAR/NIGHTCLUB
We have a camera in the bar so in case somebody comes in and you only serve them one drink and they go and crash and burn and have a .30 alcohol level, they can't blame you for it.
- Gordy & Cathy Harris, Gordy’s Barbeque & Steak House.
We were in Europe in May on our honeymoon. It was about 10:00 or 11:00PM California time and I said, “I wonder what the bar’s doing.” As I was logging in I caught the bartender stealing right at that time! I right-clicked and started recording and saved it. Then when we got back from Europe we terminated her. It was just amazing. Our personal opinion is that it’s amazing that we can go anywhere in the world and see our bar at any time and know what’s going on. - George Sandefur, Whiskey River Saloon |

POLICE
The cameras also help our police officers. We had someone call and tell us that we had a police officer that was sleeping on the job. We just typed in the date and the time and were able to prove that he was not asleep. He was at his computer doing exactly what he was supposed to be doing. I never thought that the CameraScan system could save someone’s job and reputation!
- Dave Hill, Chief of Police, Goldendale PD |

SCHOOL
I really believe that the presence of the CameraScan System has changed our students’ behaviors. We have had no vandalism, no fights…no major infractions of any consequence; and just the talk of the capabilities of the system has given students the impression that we will see it all happen. - Mount Si High School
A big thing is being able to see what happened in the hallway. [One of the administrators] actually made a CD of an incident and sent it out to the parents with the kid’s suspension letter.
Paul Censullo, Riverview School District
I have a camera in the classroom at the Klickitat County Juvenile Department. Before we had the CameraScan System the kids would be in there carving their names in the tables and acting out in all sorts of ways. The CameraScan System put a stop to all of that. It makes my job a heck of a lot easier.
- Steve Crow, Sergeant (Juvenile Department), Goldendale Police Department |

CHILD CARE
We put in the CameraScan System to give our parents the comfort of knowing we have eyes in all of our rooms and that we’re recording. If they have any questions or anything, we can go back and look. Also I can scan the rooms for training purposes. If I see something that could be done better, I go in and talk to them.
- Vickie Lindmeier, Kids Play |

ENTERTAINMENT CENTER
I think that the main benefit we’ve received from CameraScan is that it’s kept us out of court. There have been a lot of issues that, if we didn’t have the documented proof, would have ended up in court. It’s saved us a lot of time and money that we would have spent in court costs and lost time.
- Nancy Volpert, Skate King |

CREDIT UNION
We really got more than we thought we were buying. It’s not just about security. It’s about what your staff is doing while you’re not there. And it’s about what your staff is doing while you're not there. It's about having a way to check on that without being physically present. CameraScan gives you a way to see what's really going on in your business while you're not there. - Linda Larion, Sno Falls Credit Union |

WHOLESALE/DISTRIBUTING/MFG
At the cylinder dock, we get a lot of new drivers and/or fillers that exchange the wrong cylinders. If I give out a cylinder and take in the wrong one, that’s a $150 loss for our company. So if that happens 5, 6, 7 times a month over a year’s time, that’s a lot of money! It’s more an educational tool than a “point the finger at somebody.” The loss of cylinders has definitely gone down. Definitely! - Rich Hargett, Kentox
We had a problem a couple days ago with kids entering. I was able to extract exactly what I needed, burn a CD, and send it to the cops. It worked fantastic! - Chris Scannell, Olympic Distributing |

FOOD PROCESSING
Our product is for the purpose of feeding people and we want to make sure that’s safe. Our CameraScan System has exceeded our expectations. It has really done more than we expected, not only for security purposes but being a watchdog out there in our packing shed. Our packing shed has those extra pairs of eyes…making sure that not only are the people that work in the packing shed safe, but keeping everyone accountable has been great!
- Sara Disney, Gourmet Veg-Paq
We know our product is safe for our customers to drink. The original reason we installed our CameraScan System is that we wanted to increase our security due to the events of September 11th and all the other events of that year.
